Our daily schedule is:
07:00 - 08:00 Meditation (with instructions)
08:00 - 09:00 Gentle Hridaya Hatha Yoga class
09:15 - 10:00 Yummy vegan breakfast
You can come either at 7, or 8 or 9.15
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes and if you have a Yoga mat.
If not don't worry, we have one for you.
Only 7 Soles per class (Yoga or Meditation) or per 8 breakfast.
